Immense Designs Ltd. (“we,” “us”) is a web design and development studio based in Denver, Colorado. We operate immense.design. This policy explains what we collect on this site, why, and what your options are.

Information You Give Us

When you use our contact form, project inquiry form, or newsletter signup, we collect what you submit: typically your name, email address, business name, and any project details you include. Form submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a database on this site.

Our free marketing audit runs entirely in your browser, and your answers are not sent to us. If you choose to submit your email to receive your results, we store that email along with your responses so we can follow up.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses. None of this identifies you by name.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you give us to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, deliver audit results, and communicate about potential or active projects. If you sign up for the newsletter, we may send occasional updates; you can unsubscribe at any time and we will stop.

We do not sell your information. Period.

Third-Party Services

These services help run the site, and each may process data under its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics: anonymous usage statistics.
• Google reCAPTCHA: spam protection on our forms. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Cal.com: consultation scheduling, if you book a call.
• Adobe Fonts: serves our web fonts and counts page views for licensing.
• Netlify: hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.

Cookies

The site itself does not set cookies. Some of the services above do. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and how to manage them.

Data Retention & Your Choices

We keep contact information only as long as it is useful for business communication. You can ask us at any time to delete what we have about you, to stop emailing you, or to tell you what we hold. Email us and we will handle it, no forms or hoops.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes get a clear note here.
