Clear steps.
No surprises.

Exactly how a project with Immense Designs runs — what happens at each phase, what you can expect, and what we handle so you don't have to.

Discover

We start with a real conversation.

The first step is a free 30-minute call. We'll talk through what you need, what you're trying to accomplish, and what success looks like for your business.

You don't need to have everything figured out. Most clients come with a rough idea — that's fine. Part of the job is helping you define the scope.

After the call, we put together a proposal covering exactly what we're building, what it costs, and when it'll be done. Every line item is specific. You'll know what you're getting before you sign anything.

  • Honest assessment of what your business actually needs
  • Rough sense of timeline and investment
  • A clear, itemized proposal within 2–3 business days
01

Design

You’ll see it before we build it.

Once the proposal is signed and the deposit is paid, we kick off. We’ll set up your project workspace and send a clear checklist: written content (or we write it, your call), photos, brand assets, and any existing logins if we’re doing a redesign.

Then design begins. For standard projects, we build directly in the CMS so you can see it taking shape in real time. For larger projects, we create mockups in Figma first so you can approve the look and feel before we write a line of code.

You give feedback. We refine. We move forward when you’re confident in the direction.

  • Typically 2 revision rounds included
  • Real-time collaboration, not black-box design
  • Nothing gets built until you’re happy with the direction
02

Build

We build it. You don’t have to worry about it.

Once design is approved, we build everything out: every page, every form, every integration. We handle the technical work end-to-end, including site setup, plugin configuration, payment systems, and third-party tool connections.

Before launch, your site is published to a staging environment. A live preview link we share with you. Click through every page, test every form, give us your final feedback in one consolidated list. We make the final changes. You sign off. Then we go live.

You don’t need to understand any of it. That’s the point.

  • Custom code, not page-builder patchwork
  • Forms, payments, APIs: all wired up
  • Private staging link before anything goes live

Launch + Support

Going live is handled. So is everything after.

We handle DNS setup, SSL, and the go-live. No technical headaches on your end. You’ll get a walkthrough of your finished site and access to the Immense Client Hub, your portal for invoices, site monitoring, and support requests.

Every project includes a 30-day post-launch warranty. Bugs, broken elements, or minor adjustments during that window are covered at no charge.

After the warranty period, you have two options: Monthly Maintenance Plan (hosting, security updates, and ongoing support) or Pay-As-You-Go at the standard hourly rate. Either way, you have a direct line to the person who built your site.

  • 30-day post-launch warranty included
  • Monthly Maintenance or Pay-As-You-Go options
  • Direct access to your builder, no ticket queues

Common questions about working with us

Depends on scope. A standard 5–8 page business site typically takes 2–3 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger sites run 3–5 weeks. Custom applications are scoped individually, usually 1–5 months depending on complexity.

We can write it. Copywriting is included in most projects. We’ll ask the right questions and turn your answers into professional web copy.

The 30-day warranty covers bug fixes and minor adjustments. After that, work is billed at the standard hourly rate, or you can roll into a monthly maintenance plan that includes a support hour each month.

Not necessarily. We source high-quality stock photography for most projects. Photos of your team, work, or location always perform better than stock, but they’re not a requirement.

Scope changes are handled with a clear change order. Any additions to the original scope are quoted before we do the work.

Reach out anyway. If the timing isn’t right, we’ll tell you honestly what to expect and when it makes sense to reconnect.
