Immense Designs provides brand design, web development, and custom digital tool development services. All project work is governed by individual project agreements between Immense Designs and the client.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Immense Designs unless otherwise stated. Client work displayed in our portfolio is shown with permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
Immense Designs provides this website “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denver County, Colorado.
