Glenpool Camper Sales

Three businesses under one roof: sales, service, and storage. Campers, RVs, golf carts, mini excavators. The owner needed one site that handled all of it. Customers needed to browse real inventory with photos, specs, and pricing. And the owner needed to manage listings, run storage billing, and push every new unit out to the website and Facebook without calling a developer every time something changed.
We built a custom inventory and storage system on top of the WordPress site. On the front end, customers filter by category, sort by price, and pull up detail pages for every unit. Each listing card shows the specs a buyer actually cares about (price, condition, seat count, mileage) without having to click through, so the browsing experience feels more like a real dealership lot than a basic directory. The sidebar filter panel gives the inventory pages depth (category, manufacturer, year, price range, floorplan, RV type) without overwhelming a smaller inventory. On the backend, the owner gets a private admin dashboard. Create a listing once and it auto-publishes to the website and pushes a post to the Glenpool Facebook page in the same step. Photos and videos upload through a drag-and-drop media panel. Sold status, pricing, specs, and templates all update from the same screen. No code, no developer, no double entry. The storage side runs on Stripe. The owner creates a storage customer in the backend, picks monthly subscription or one-time payment, and the system either emails the invoice or generates a payment link to text directly to the customer. Billing runs automatically from there, and a separate dashboard tracks active rentals. The teal and white palette keeps the site feeling approachable and local rather than corporate, and real photos of the owners throughout reinforce the family-owned angle that's a real differentiator against the larger lots. Local content targets Glenpool and the Tulsa metro.
The owner runs inventory, storage, and social distribution through the site without developer involvement. New listings hit the website and Facebook in one click. Storage bills itself. A family-owned dealership near Tulsa now has the same browsing, buying, and back-office system the big lots use, run by one person.
