You rent out the party. You shouldn't rent your website.

A fast, browsable event rental site with a real quote flow built in, so visitors book instead of bounce. You own the site and the bookings, not a platform.

The event rental site we built, and why it isn't rented

We built C2J Event Rentals a site with a custom quote calculator at the center of it. A customer picks their items, tables, chairs, tents, canopies, linens, or a full package, enters the event details, and gets an instant estimate emailed back with a line-item breakdown. No phone tag. The quote conversation that used to eat a call now happens on the page. Behind it, the owner manages pricing, listings, and every incoming quote from a backend, no code and no per-booking fee to a software company. See the event rental site and quote calculator we built for C2J.

Here is why that matters. Search “event rental website” and the first page is rental software companies renting you a templated site wired to their booking system, plus a few niche shops bolting a third-party quote widget onto Squarespace. The catch is the same in both: leave the platform and you lose the site and the bookings with it. The monthly fee never ends, and you never own the thing it keeps paying for.

We build it the other way. The site is yours outright, the quote flow isn't rented from anyone, and there's no platform tax to keep it online. Scope and a flat fee are agreed in writing before work starts, and when it launches, it's yours to keep and host where you want.

What an event rental website has to do that a brochure site doesn't

A rental site has a job list, and a brochure template fails most of it. Four things it actually has to do.

Show the whole catalog up front

Tables, chairs, tents, linens, bounce houses, packages, all browsable with images and pricing, not buried three clicks deep.

Turn a browse into a quote on the same visit

The person came to price an event. The site has to let them do it before they leave.

Stay current without a developer

Pricing, inventory, and availability change constantly in this business. You should be able to update them yourself.

Show real setups

Customers are buying a look they need to trust before the event. Photos of your actual tents and table settings do that. Stock and AI-generated images don't.

A rented template and a brochure site handle none of this by default. That's the gap this page is about closing.

A quote flow built into the site, not bolted on

The defining feature of a rental site is the quote, and it's the part everyone in this market cheats. The software platforms give you their booking widget on their terms. The niche shops embed someone else's tool and call it a quote system. Both leave you renting the one thing your whole business runs on.

We build the quote flow into the site so it belongs to you. A visitor selects items, enters event details, and gets an estimate without a phone call, and the request lands in your inbox with everything you need to follow up. You manage the pricing and the incoming quotes from a backend you control. This is exactly the custom quote calculator we built for C2J, and it's the strongest reason a rental site is worth building custom instead of renting.

If you already run TapGoods, Booqable, or Goodshuffle and want to keep it, we integrate it cleanly. If you'd rather not pay a per-booking platform, we build the calculator custom. Your inventory, your pricing, your call, not a platform's.

What we build

The full build for an event or party rental company.

A browsable catalog homepage

Rental items in a card grid with images and pricing visible on landing, so people browse inventory the second they arrive. A “Get Instant Quote” button stays in reach on every page, keeping the one action that matters always one tap away.

A custom quote calculator, or an integration

Built custom so you own it, or wired into the rental software you already run. Either way, a visitor prices an event and sends a quote without picking up the phone.

Event rental quote flow that turns item selection into an itemized estimate.

Event-type and category pages

Dedicated pages for weddings, corporate events, parties, tents, and bounce houses, each with an inline quote form so browsing and converting happen on the same screen.

Real setup photography

Your actual events, not stock and not AI. One niche competitor in this market literally sells “A.I. videos and photos” as a feature. For a rental company, that's backwards. People want to see the tables and tents they'll actually get.

A backend you control

Manage pricing, listings, and incoming quotes yourself. Change a price, add an item, review a request, all self-serve, no ticket to a developer and no code.

Local SEO and city-level pages

Individual pages for the towns in your delivery radius, so you rank for “[item] rental in [city]” across every market you serve. This runs on local SEO built around your service area.

Maintenance and hosting after launch

Hosting on our own server, plus security updates, plugin updates, and monitoring, available as a recurring plan after launch. The studio that built the site stays on and already knows the quote system.

Local search is where rental bookings come from

Rentals are a service-radius business. People don't search “event rentals” in the abstract, they search “bounce house rental in [their town]” or “wedding tent rental near me.” To catch that, the site has to rank in each place you deliver to, not just in the one city your office sits in.

C2J runs on this model: 15-plus individual city pages across the Tampa Bay area, each with its own content, pulling in consistent orders from local search. We build that structure and hand the deep, ongoing work to the pillar, local SEO built around your service area: on-page SEO, Google Business Profile setup, and the review signals that move local rankings.

How we work

We're a design and development studio, and we do both parts in-house, so the people who design your rental site are the ones who build the quote calculator behind it. Every project runs the same way. Discovery and intake to understand your inventory and how you rent it. A structure and content plan for the whole site. Design, then development of every page plus the quote calculator and any integrations. Launch, with a walkthrough so your team can run it. Maintenance and hosting available after that if you want us to keep it current.

Scope and a flat fee are agreed in writing before work starts, and the finished site is yours. A rental build usually runs a few weeks, depending on how many pages and whether the quote system is custom-built or integrated. We'll give you the honest timeline up front instead of a number we can't hold. This is the way we approach custom website design on every project, rental or not.

Denver and Colorado event rental companies

We're a Denver studio, and we build for event and party rental companies across the country, remote and easy to work with wherever you are. Colorado's wedding and event season is short and the metro is crowded with rental companies competing for the same weekends, which is exactly why a quote-ready site and strong local search matter here. We treat rental work the way we treat other gallery-heavy local businesses, from landscaping web design to event rentals: show the real work, make the next step obvious, and get you found in the towns you actually serve.

Frequently asked questions

Will I own my event rental website, or am I renting it?

You own it. We build a site that's yours outright, not a template rented from a booking platform with a fee that never ends. Leave any tool you want later and the site stays yours.

Do I need rental software, or can the quote system be built into the site?

Either works. We build a custom quote calculator into the site, where customers build a quote and get an instant emailed estimate, or we integrate the rental software you already run. Your inventory and pricing, your call.

Can customers get an instant quote or book online from the site?

Yes, that's the point of it. A visitor selects items, enters event details, and gets an estimate without a phone call, and the request lands in your inbox with the details filled in.

Can you integrate TapGoods, Booqable, or Goodshuffle?

Yes. If you already run one, we wire it into the site so visitors self-serve a quote. If you'd rather not pay a per-booking platform, we build the quote calculator custom instead.

Do you build sites for bounce house and inflatable rentals too?

Yes. A bounce house rental is a party rental business like any other: a browsable catalog, a quote or booking flow, and local pages for every town you serve.

Can I update my own pricing, inventory, and availability?

Yes. We build a backend where you manage pricing, listings, and incoming quotes yourself, no developer and no code.

How do I get found in local search across my delivery area?

City-level pages. Because rentals are a service-radius business, we build individual pages for the towns you deliver to and set up your Google Business Profile, so you rank where your customers actually search. That runs on our local SEO work.

How long does an event rental website take to build?

A rental build usually runs a few weeks, depending on page count and whether the quote system is custom-built or integrated. Scope and timeline are fixed in writing up front, so there's no moving target.

Ready to stop renting your website?

Bring us your inventory and the towns you serve. We'll build you a rental site with a quote flow you own, and stay on to keep it running after launch.
