Most dealer websites lump everything together (sales, finance, service, parts) under one roof. But fixed ops runs differently. The service and parts department has its own customers, its own hours, its own conversion goals. Audi San Juan needed a standalone digital presence built specifically for their fixed ops operation: a destination where Audi owners in the Rio Grande Valley could schedule service, order parts, browse tires and accessories, and understand why factory-certified technicians matter. The catch: everything had to meet Audi's corporate brand standards. Colors, typography, imagery, and messaging all had to pass compliance.

We designed a 10-page site within Audi's corporate framework, which meant working inside strict constraints on colors, typography, logo usage, and imagery while still building something that performs for the local fixed ops market. Each department got its own dedicated section with content deep enough to stand alone: service pages covering routine maintenance, fluid leaks, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections. A parts center with an order form that captures year, make, model, and VIN so the team can quote accurately before calling the customer back. A tire department with its own service breakdown. An accessories page that's the only place where Audi Sport red appears, keeping it on-brand. We integrated Audi's branded scheduling widget for direct appointment booking and built local SEO content targeting the San Juan and Rio Grande Valley area specifically.

The design passes Audi compliance and gives the service department a clean, professional digital presence that competes with any corporate dealer site. The local content and conversion paths (scheduling, parts ordering, contact) work specifically for the San Juan market. When fixed ops has its own front door online, it stops being an afterthought and starts driving its own business.
