NexQuest's old site didn't match the level of specialization they actually bring to recruiting. They place across four verticals (tech, energy, finance, project management) but the site treated them all the same. Hiring managers evaluating staffing partners want to see that you understand their specific industry, not just that you fill roles generically.

We redesigned the site around the idea that each industry deserves its own page with its own content. The technology page lists AI, cybersecurity, cloud, and IoT disciplines. The energy page covers grid operators and renewable positions. Finance lists CFOs and compliance officers. Each one includes a persistent "Not Seeing the Position You're Hiring For?" sidebar so leads don't bounce just because their exact role isn't listed. The homepage puts proof up front: 91% placement success, 1,000+ placements, 86% repeat clients, 9-day average fill. No scrolling to find credibility. The candidate search form captures company details, role descriptions, timeline, and file uploads so the team has enough to start working before the first call. We also built a contingency search services page that explains the model for prospects who don't know the difference between contingency and retained search. Typography mixes a modern serif italic on key headline words with clean sans-serif body copy, giving the site an editorial polish that sets it apart from the generic staffing firm look.

The redesign turned a generic staffing site into four vertical-specific landing pages, a lead-qualifying form, and a proof-loaded homepage. Hiring managers land on a page that speaks their language, see the numbers that build trust, and have a clear path to start a search. The design holds its own against much larger firms in the space.

I searched for WordPress web development & design services for over six months before choosing Immense Designs. They took the time to truly understand my specific goals and turned my vision into a reality while offering expert guidance and innovative ideas along the way.
