Strains needed a website that could handle everything a modern dispensary requires: online menu browsing and ordering, rotating specials and promotions, a rewards program, educational content, reviews, and local SEO for the Adelanto market. And the client needed to update the specials and promotional banners themselves without waiting on a developer every time a brand deal changed.

We built a 10-page site around a black and gold palette with bold, uppercase display typography that gives the brand a street-level energy most dispensary sites don't have. The gold diamond logo mark sits centered in the navigation, anchoring the visual identity across every page. The homepage stacks the key conversion paths up front: specials, online ordering, store info, and a "Connect" CTA, all visible without scrolling. A 3rd party menu tool is integrated into the menu page with full product filtering (flower, edibles, concentrates) and online ordering for pickup and delivery. The specials page is CMS-managed. The client swaps out brand deal banners (Jeeter, Stiiizy, PlugPlay, and their own Strains Flower promotions) as often as they want without touching code. That same CMS control extends to promotional banners throughout the site. A rewards and VIP signup form captures customer data for the loyalty program. The store page carries local SEO content positioning Strains as the "High Desert's Premier Cannabis Dispensary." The FAQ page answers the compliance and regulatory questions every first-time dispensary visitor has (age requirements, out-of-state visitors, tax inclusion, purchase limits), which doubles as SEO content for common cannabis search queries in California.

The client controls the parts of the site that change most often (specials, banners, promotions) without developer involvement, which is critical for a dispensary where brand deals and inventory shift weekly. The black and gold palette and the bold typography give Strains a visual identity that stands out in a market full of generic green-and-white cannabis sites. The 3rd party menu integration handles the product browsing and ordering without requiring a custom build, keeping the site functional and the budget focused on design and content.
